Shipping

I ship via UPS Ground twice weekly. You will be provided with tracking as soon as your order is ready to ship. I can work with you if you need something by a particular date - just ask! I am a one-woman operation and do ask for your patience & kindness when dealing with both myself as well as UPS. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, perfumes are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. This means they are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

I currently am able to ship to the United States & Canada.

Canadian shipping may incur additional customs fees or duty taxes, which are to be paid by the customer.


Returns + Exchanges

Pearfat Parfum will gladly assist you in choosing the best fragrance ahead of placing your order. Purchase of a discovery set is recommended if you aren’t certain of your choice. Returns cannot be accepted, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out.

IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN TRANSIT, CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR REPLACE IT?

Once I have provided tracking for an order & it shows as ‘Delivered’ - I unfortunately cannot accommodate refunds or replacements. Please double check the address you are shipping your order to, and if your package is lost or stolen, I can assist you in making a claim with UPS. If items you received are incorrect, or damaged in transit, please email me as soon as you are able to at hello@pearfatparfum.com to resolve the issue.

Do you do custom scents?

I am available to work on custom perfume blends for you or your brand upon request & dependent on my current schedule. I love to help others create their dream perfume - so please get in touch! You are also able to schedule time with me directly using my Calendly.

A perfume I want is sold out…will you make it again?!

If it is not for sale on the website, it is something I am not currently making. If you missed out on a limited edition fragrance, apologies for that - make sure you follow my socials & sign up for emails for the latest news, releases, and discounts!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS? Do you use All-Natural Ingredients?

No animal testing is done on any Pearfat product and no animal-based products are used. I utilize a blend of natural and synthetic perfumery-grade materials that are designed to be worn on the skin safely. All perfumes have an organic cane alcohol base. If you have a particular sensitivity to any material or ingredient, please let me know, and I can help you to avoid it. I am happy to chat materials & formulas any time as well - I aim to be transparent & educate anyone who is interested!
